We may refuse or limit work involving unsafe conditions, biohazards, pests, mould, bodily fluids, hoarding conditions, hazardous materials, extreme buildup, or any situation that may create unreasonable risk. Additional charges may apply for heavy buildup, special requests, or services outside the original quote.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations, short-notice changes, inaccessible properties, or missed appointments may affect future booking availability or result in additional fees if communicated in advance.
7. Payments
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, and due dates may be provided at the time of booking or quotation. Services may be paused, declined, or discontinued if payment is not received as agreed.
